SUMMARY:Sequim Meditation Circle
DESCRIPTION:The Sequim Meditation Circle is a group of Self-Realization Fellowship devotees that hold regular group meditation services to practice Kriya Yoga and study the timeless teachings given by the founder of Self-Realization Fellowship\, Paramahansa Yogananda. A fascinating account of his life as the pioneering father of yoga in the west is given in the book Autobiography of a Yogi. \nJoin us on Sundays (except the 4th Sunday of the month) at 10 am for a silent meditation service followed by an 11 am reading service from the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda\, and light refreshments at noon.  Services include prayers\, periods of devotional chanting\, a healing service for body\, mind\, soul\, and world peace\, and periods of sitting in silent meditation where one strives to relax the body\, calm the mind\, and experience the peace\, love\, and joy that exists within each one of us. \nFor more information visit the Self-Realization Fellowship website at: https://yogananda.org/ \nand the Sequim Meditation Circle website at:   https://www.srfsequim.org/
