Yin is a slow paced yoga practice with the purpose of deep tissue release. You will be gently guided through a centered practice focusing on areas such as hips, sides, back and shoulders. Most poses are done while seated or lying down and are held in stillness for 1-5 mins. This is a wonderful practice to wind down and find release at the end of the day. All levels are welcome.
Bring a mat, bolster (or small pillow), strap, and blocks if you have them. We have a limited number of mats and props to borrow during class.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in and visit.
For this practice of focus, we are unable to allow late admittance.
